The European Commission (EC) and the European Space Agency (ESA) have formally partnered with SpaceRISE, a consortium led by Eutelsat, Hispasat, and SES, to deliver and operate the Infrastructure for Resilience, Interconnectivity, and Security by Satellite (IRIS2) program.
