Upcoming ESA–Industry events prepare for Ministerial Council 2025

The European Space Agency (ESA) invites the industrial community to several events where ESA directorates will communicate and coordinate with industry on their proposals and intentions in relation to its Council Meeting at Ministerial Level (CM25) in November.

7–8 May 2025: LISA Industry Days
Hosted by the Directorate of Science at ESA–ESTEC in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

3–4 June 2025: CSG (Europe's Spaceport) Industry Days 2025
Organised by ESA's Directorate of Space Transportation and ESA's Directorate of Commercialisation, Industry and Competitiveness in collaboration with France's space agency, CNES. It will be hosted at ESA in Paris, France.

17 October 2025: ESA Space Transportation CM25
Hosted by ESA's Directorate of Space Transportation at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs in Germany.
This event will share with industry CM25 proposals that aim to secure and advance access to space by increasing the capabilities of Europe’s family of launch vehicles; prepare future space transportation and nurture innovation for services; as well as maintain and enhance space transportation ground infrastructure.

29 October 2025: ESA Future Space Transportation Autumn session
Hosted by the Directorate of Space Transportation at ESA in Paris, France.
This event will provide an information update on the European Space Transportation ecosystem preparation. Autumn focus pertains to the Future Launchers Preparatory Programme (FLPP) proposal at CM25, promoting innovation through the preparation of new solutions and accompaniment of new actors towards end-to-end space transportation services for orbital payload delivery, in-orbit assembly, manufacturing, fuelling and experimentation.
