Slingshot Aerospace has introduced a globally available solution to help nations rapidly establish autonomous space domain awareness (SDA) capabilities. Called Sovereign Space Object Tracking, the new offering is designed to empower countries of any size or space experience to independently monitor and analyze orbital activities.

"For the first time, any nation-regardless of size or space heritage-can monitor, track, and analyze space objects across Earth's orbital regimes independently, without reliance on other nations," said Slingshot CEO Tim Solms. "Slingshot is paving the way to democratize space domain awareness. By providing increased autonomy and operational readiness, we're accelerating the path to space sovereignty for a new generation of spacefaring nations."

Sovereign Space Object Tracking is a mission-ready solution that includes proven sensor systems, a powerful data fusion platform, and access to Slingshot's commercial catalog of space objects. It enables comprehensive coverage across orbital regimes from low Earth orbit (LEO) to geostationary orbit (GEO).

The system offers customers the ability to customize their sensor networks. Available hardware includes Horus and Argus staring arrays for LEO and GEO tracking, and Varda gimbaled sensors capable of both day and night operations. Each deployment includes local processing servers, environmental sensors, image analytics tools, and system control software. Optional hardware enclosures and server cabinets are also available.

To convert raw observations into operational insights, customers can license Slingshot's cloud-based orchestration and processing suite. This includes tasking coordination, maintenance of sovereign space catalogs, orbit determination, maneuver detection, ephemeris generation, and AI-driven alerts for anomalies and conjunction risks.

Customers may also supplement their data using the Slingshot Global Sensor Network (SGSN), allowing broader coverage and support for catalog development. The SGSN currently maintains custody of over 90% of active satellites and tracks thousands of orbital objects daily.

To further support users, Slingshot provides professional services with access to experienced Sensor Operations Specialists and Orbital Analysts. These experts assist in deployment, daily operations, and ensuring long-term success.
