Kacific Broadband Satellites Group (Kacific) has unveiled SatPack, a portable satellite internet solution designed for rapid deployment in challenging environments across the Asia-Pacific. Building on the success of previous innovations like the CommsBox and CommsBox Ultra, Kacific's SatPack combines portability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for users requiring immediate connectivity in remote or high-demand locations.

Delivering Connectivity for Critical Operations
SatPack is designed to meet the needs of enterprise customers, emergency responders, and rural government agencies requiring stable communication in remote or infrastructure-limited regions. Industries like natural resource exploration, agricultural production, and interim rural services benefit from its adaptability and reliable connectivity.

Its portability and rugged design make it ideal for disaster response teams, allowing rapid network deployment in the aftermath of natural disasters. Emergency responders can establish communication hubs in minutes, supporting coordinated relief efforts and uninterrupted information flow during critical situations.

Durable Design and High-Performance Features
SatPack is built to endure harsh conditions, featuring a military-grade antenna and a rugged, weather-resistant frame. Delivered in three compact protective cases, it requires no technical expertise for assembly and offers connectivity within minutes.

The system's motorized auto-pointing antenna ensures seamless signal acquisition, connecting to the Kacific1 satellite to deliver high-speed internet across 25 countries. Operating on Kacific's Ka-band, SatPack provides a 99.97% availability rate with data speeds reaching up to 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Each unit includes a one-year prepaid plan with unlimited data, offering cost-effective connectivity for users operating in challenging locations.

Fast Deployment and Reliable Support
SatPack is available within three days of order confirmation, thanks to Kacific's extensive network of 27 warehouses across the Asia-Pacific region. Comprehensive customer support is provided through a network of over 600 local partners across 25 countries, ensuring 24/7 assistance and peace of mind for professionals managing critical operations.

Christian Patouraux, CEO of Kacific, highlighted the solution's importance, "SatPack was developed to meet the unique needs of remote and high-demand sectors, like oil and mineral exploration, national defence, and emergency response. Our goal is to provide a reliable satellite solution that allows professionals to operate seamlessly, even in the most challenging terrains," said Patouraux.

He added, "We've built SatPack to be a versatile, rugged system that prioritises reliable, flexible connectivity over long-term infrastructure solutions. Whether you're setting up a field operation, a satellite command centre, or monitoring critical situations, SatPack ensures you can stay connected and keep operations running smoothly - all at an affordable price point."
