CATALYST, a PCI Geomatics Enterprise Inc. brand known for its leadership in Earth observation solutions, has launched INSIGHTS 2.0, a cutting-edge visualization platform that integrates and interprets data from multiple sources. INSIGHTS 2.0 is designed to enhance decision-making in critical sectors such as mining, wildfire management, and flood monitoring by fusing satellite imagery with ground-based data for faster and more informed actions.

"INSIGHTS 2.0 represents a significant leap forward in our ability to visualize and understand complex geospatial data," said June McAlarey, President and CEO of PCI Geomatics. "By combining data from various sources, including satellite imagery and ground-based sensors, we're providing a comprehensive view that is unparalleled in the market and previously difficult to achieve operationally."

This platform introduces a new visualization layer that merges Earth observation data from multiple sources, offering users an intuitive interface for comparing and analyzing data. Based on extensive user feedback, INSIGHTS 2.0 enables spatial and temporal comparisons across multiple datasets using easy-to-read displays and charts. Key innovations include an upcoming 3D mapping capability, offering immersive visualizations for realistic scenario planning and operational management. This will assist asset owners and operators in assessing risks and making informed decisions to mitigate them.

The platform is particularly valuable in the mining industry, where its capabilities allow operators to precisely measure specific locations using satellite-enabled InSAR. Its versatility extends across industries, managing issues such as ground displacement, vegetation encroachment, and environmental monitoring.

"INSIGHTS 2.0 represents a significant industry breakthrough, combining InSAR data with a single, intuitive platform," added Peter Saunders, Director of DigitalTwin Geotechnical. "This solution simplifies complex data integration, enhancing the user experience. DigitalTwin Geotechnical is excited to offer this cutting-edge functionality to shared clients as INSIGHTS 2.0 sets a new benchmark for geotechnical monitoring, particularly in TSF monitoring."

As natural disasters become more frequent and sustainability demands rise, INSIGHTS 2.0 offers unmatched clarity for monitoring vast geographical areas, leading to faster response times and lower operational costs.
