Exolaunch, a global leader in launch mission management and satellite deployment services, has successfully deployed 42 customer satellites aboard the Transporter-11 Rideshare mission with SpaceX. The launch took place on Friday, August 16 at 11:56 PDT from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
This mission is particularly significant for Exolaunch as it marks the company's 30th launch campaign, bringing the total number of satellites deployed for its customers to over 400 within its first decade of operations. Exolaunch has consistently demonstrated its expertise in facilitating access to space for small satellites, and this milestone underscores the company's ongoing commitment to supporting the global commercial space industry. Notably, Exolaunch has participated in every SpaceX Transporter mission since the program's inception.
For this mission, Exolaunch was contracted by 23 diverse satellite customers from around the world, including government agencies, commercial enterprises, and academic institutions. Some of the customers involved in this mission were Aethero Space (USA), the Australian ARC Industrial Transformation Training Centre for CubeSats, UAVs, and Their Applications (Australia), Capella Space (USA), Creotech (Poland), the European Space Agency, Fraunhofer Institute (Germany), the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) via GomSpace (Denmark), HawkEye 360 (USA), Bayanat (UAE) and Yahsat (UAE) via ICEYE (Finland), ICEYE (Finland), Lemu (Chile), and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology via Kongsberg NanoAvionics (Lithuania). Exolaunch also provided its integration and deployment services to Planet (USA).
With over a decade of experience and more than 400 satellite deployments, Exolaunch offers a comprehensive range of services, including launch capacity planning, mission coordination, thorough testing, integration, global logistics, and satellite deployment using its reliable hardware.
The Transporter-11 mission utilized over 30 EXOpod Nova containerized deployers and CarboNIX ring-based separation systems, which are part of Exolaunch's suite of satellite separation technologies. The integration of these systems was carried out at Exolaunch's Berlin headquarters, with final preparations completed at Vandenberg Space Force Base.
