The SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition is set to debut GovMilSpace 2025, a significant new addition aimed at enhancing collaboration between government, military, and space industry leaders. This forum will complement the established SATELLITE show, recognized globally as the premier event for the satellite and space sectors.

As space and cybersecurity increasingly become cornerstones of national defense, the GovMilSpace forum is positioned to serve as an essential gathering for government and military satellite and space service providers, as well as their end-users. Scheduled for March 10-13, 2025, during SATELLITE Week, GovMilSpace will be conducted in partnership with Defense Daily, a leader in defense market intelligence. The event is poised to become the primary venue for influential figures in defense, security, and space to forge partnerships and share insights.

GovMilSpace will feature a focused program and a dedicated exhibit hall pavilion, providing a unique opportunity for stakeholders in national security and space sectors to engage with industry partners. The inclusion of GovMilSpace in the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition ensures comprehensive coverage of the space industry, giving participants an exceptional platform to explore the latest developments in both the commercial and government arenas.

"SATELLITE 2025 is committed to driving progress and fostering purpose within the space industry," said Jeffrey Hill, Executive Chairman of SATELLITE 2025. "Our partnership with Defense Daily, whose expertise and penetration into the government and military market are unparalleled, combined with our deep knowledge of the satellite market, creates a unique environment in GovMilSpace that no other event can offer. We look forward to welcoming you to both the traditional SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition and the new GovMilSpace forum as we continue to lead the conversation in the ever-evolving space industry."

GovMilSpace is designed to transform how public sector agencies, the military, and commercial space entities collaborate, emphasizing the critical role of the satellite and space sectors in supporting vital missions for the U.S. and its global allies. The event will include 16 carefully curated sessions, a specialized pavilion within the SATELLITE show floor, and exclusive networking opportunities-all aimed at fostering high-level innovation and partnerships.

"We're at a historic turning point where national security hinges on the government's capacity to harness private sector advancements to secure essential commercial space and satellite capabilities," said John Robinson, Managing Editor of Defense Daily. "GovMilSpace, in partnership with SATELLITE, offers unmatched access to the satellite and space community, establishing a key platform for government and military leaders to exchange insights and develop strategies that bolster our collective security."

Attendees of GovMilSpace will benefit from expert discussions on a broad range of topics, including maintaining global leadership in space, the future of military satellite communications (milsatcom) systems, the role of AI, geospatial intelligence, and lunar missions. The program is designed to inspire and equip participants with the knowledge and connections necessary to drive the future of space technology.
