The acquisition aims to harness Reygar's expertise, particularly its leading platform, BareFLEET, and integrate it into AST Networks' operations, promising enhanced efficiency and customer value. Reygar's addition will allow AST Networks to offer a broader range of tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of modern maritime fleets.
