Axient LLC (Axient) has announced the opening of its first international office and the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, Axient Systems B.V. (Axient Systems), in Delft, Netherlands. This expansion is a part of Axient's ongoing effort to strengthen its relationships with several technical organizations in the Netherlands over the past two years.

These partnerships include a collaboration with FSO Instruments and their partners VDL Groep, Demcon, and TNO - the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research, to support satellite laser communications development (Axient and FSO) and an agreement with TNO to support NATO Air and Missile defense analysis (Axient TNO Partnership).

The new office, located at Poortweg 4A, 2612 PA Delft, strategically positions Axient Systems near its partners and marks Axient's entry into a new market within the aerospace community. The focus at this location will be on Space Systems Engineering, Critical Asset Security, and Modeling, Simulation and Analysis, leveraging Axient's core capabilities to develop and collaborate more effectively with its Dutch partners.

"The decision to open this office in Delft is the result of the partnerships we have developed over the past two years. This office allows us to work more closely with our partners to deliver innovative and purpose-driven technical solutions to our commercial and Government customers," said Jay Kovacs, Chief Innovation Officer for Axient and Managing Director for Axient Systems.

"We look forward to expanding our market presence in Europe and being able to meet more space and defense mission requirements across a larger customer base with this new office. We couldn't be more excited to see what possibilities this opens up for Axient," said Chief Executive Officer and President, Randy Cash.

Axient continues to advance defense and civilian missions from aerospace to cyberspace with multi-domain test and analysis, mission engineering and operations, and advanced technologies.
