Maritime Launch Services Inc. (Cboe CA:MAXQ, OTCQB: MAXQF) and Impulso.Space USA Corporation, in a significant expansion of their partnership, have inked a five-year agreement. Under this deal, Maritime Launch will deliver vehicle payload capacity for both rideshare and dedicated launch missions from Spaceport Nova Scotia, while Impulso.Space will offer payload integration services from its newly established logistics and ground operations base in Florida.

Located near Canso, Hazel Hill, and Little Dover in Nova Scotia, Spaceport Nova Scotia is on track to become Canada's premier commercial launch site, with its inaugural orbital launch targeted for 2025.

Stephen Matier, President and CEO of Maritime Launch Services, highlighted the deal's significance: "Our agreement with Impulso.Space underscores the competitive edge of Spaceport Nova Scotia in the global space market. It builds upon our previous commitments to deploy satellites for various classes of launchers, enhancing the launch capacity and addressing the needs of the rapidly growing space industry from our fully-licensed site."

Founded in 2019 and situated near Florida's Kennedy Space Center, Impulso.Space offers comprehensive space service solutions, including satellite shipment, insurance, customs, mission management, and launch capacity brokerage. The company has become a key player in integrating satellite spacecraft missions globally.
