Despite the exceptional economic situation caused by the pandemic, space industry is showing an upward trend. New ways of working, new ways of collaboration and new, hybrid events promote digital technologies for worldwide communication and data transmission and thus also increase the demand for future-oriented solutions.
Such as made possible by the space company TESAT in Backnang near Stuttgart in Germany. Because of this, specialists for large international projects are being sought at Germany's largest space industry location.
With a recently won U.S. major contract and its participation in the European satellite navigation system GALILEO, the company with around 1,000 employees is now faced with new challenges: challenges that TESAT is encountering with personnel expansion and further qualification.
"With our personnel policy, we are setting the course for the future of our company. Highly qualified employees are and always were TESAT's strength and makes the decisive difference that has established us as the market leader," said Dr. Marc Steckling, CEO at TESAT.
"We at TESAT currently offer over 50 interesting positions in space industry in order to position ourselves for the future," adds Nathalie Muller, Head of Human Resources at TESAT. "For its employees, TESAT combines the advantages and familiarity of a medium-sized company with the possibilities and security of the international Airbus group."
