A Chartered Engineer, specialising in communications and information, with experience at senior level within complex programmes, gained as an officer in the RAF. Most recently a senior systems engineer leading on the requirements for MOD’s high priority procurement of new satellite capability to replace the existing Skynet constellation. A qualified programme and project manager, who has used current best practice to manage projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Highly effective stakeholder manager who focuses on outcomes resulting in a proven track record of creating visions, setting goals, managing people and delivering on time and within budget. Has built up a wealth of operations, systems engineering and programme/project management experience.
