• An experienced Managing Director, combining both strategic and commercial leadership experience in space systems engineering and advanced technology industries across the UK, US and Europe

• Synergistic sector experience (Space, Defence, Telecommunications, IT).
• Strong sales management skills providing leadership to the commercial areas of the business.
• Strong commercial background involving contract negotiations at senior levels and in an international environment in industry and/or government.
• Knowledge of Risks, Development, Financial and Commercial disciplines.
• Track record in driving key corporate commercial initiatives while maintaining a profitable P&L structure.
• Ability to work closely with multifunctional departments and procurement staff.
• Unique leadership qualities within the engineering and business consultancy market supported by a strong multi-disciplinary engineering background.
