L-3 Telemetry-West is a division of the American company L-3 Communications. It provides hardware and software products for space  telemetry solutions. 

L-3 Communications is a prime contractor in Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, platform and logistics solutions, and national USA security solutions. L-3 is also a provider of a broad range of electronic systems used on military and commercial platforms.
