The Astrophysics & Space Research Group at the University of Birmingham:
The group's research interests span a wide swathe of astronomy and fundamental physics, including the study of galaxies and larger cosmological structures, of black holes and neutron stars, using both electromagnetic and gravitational radiation, of stars and the planets which appear to orbit many of them, and of our own sun and its surrounding heliosphere. We also study gravity itself, and other ultra-weak forces, using sensitive experiments in the laboratory and in space.

The John D. Odegard School Of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota (UND) is a center for aerospace learning, with achievements in collegiate aviation education, atmospheric research, and space studies. It gathers over 500 faculty and staff members, over 1,500 students from around the world, and a myriad of programs and projects.
At UND Aerospace, Department of Space Studies, the space studies provides the student with the broader background necessary to understand the linkages between engineering, space science, and policy.
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is a private university located within the town of Henrietta in the Rochester, New York metropolitan area.
RIT is composed of nine academic colleges. It is widely known for its fine arts, computing, engineering, and imaging science programs.
RIT has collaborated with many industry players in the field of research as well, including IBM, Xerox, NASA, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
ISU - the International Space University
the International Space University (ISU) provides graduate-level training to the future leaders of the emerging global space community at its Central Campus in Strasbourg, France, and at locations around the world. In its two-month Space Studies Program and one-year Masters program, ISU offers its students a unique Core Curriculum covering all disciplines related to space programs and enterprises, space science, space engineering, systems engineering, space policy and law, business and management, and space and society. Both programs also involve an intense student research Team Project providing international graduate students and young space professionals the opportunity to solve complex problems by working together in an intercultural environment.
