(also referred to as "SpaceWorks" or "SEI") is an aerospace engineering company focused on advanced concepts for NASA, United States Air Force, DARPA, and the commercial space industry. SEI was founded in 2000. The firm was previously known as SpaceWorks Engineering, Inc. (SEI) and officially changed its name in 2011. SpaceWorks was named the 39th fastest growing Engineering firm in the United States according to the 2011 Inc. 500/5000 list.
